Every Hand. Every Effort.
Every Moment Matters.

VIVID is an organization built on service, empowerment, and accountability. We are not a passive presence — we work directly to protect LGBTQIA+ lives, strengthen communities, and expand access to resources. This work is urgent, and we need compassionate, dedicated volunteers to help make it happen.
Whether you can commit a few hours a week or a few days a month, your time is invaluable in helping us provide crisis support, deliver educational programs, and expand our network of community resources.
When you volunteer with VIVID, you are not just giving your time — you are helping to create a safer, more inclusive future for LGBTQIA+ people everywhere.
Why Volunteer With VIVID?
When you volunteer with VIVID, you’re not just supporting a cause — you’re helping to deliver real, tangible support where it’s needed most. We are not here to simply raise awareness. We work to provide direct assistance, build community resources, and offer programs that strengthen and protect LGBTQIA+ lives.

By joining VIVID, you will gain meaningful experience in community outreach, program delivery, and support services. You will connect with a network of dedicated LGBTQIA+ leaders and allies committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces for everyone. Your time and skills will have an immediate impact on individuals facing discrimination, unsafe environments, or urgent needs.

Whether you’re helping facilitate educational workshops, connecting people to critical resources, or assisting in crisis response efforts, you’ll be making a difference that changes lives. Together, we can build a future where every LGBTQIA+ person feels safe, supported, and valued.
